Average/Decent game play, need option to continue game play on iPad/iPhone

Im another one that has been playing harvest moon for many years and I must say the game play is average or what you would expect from an iPhone game but it could be better!

Is there a way to continue the same game from my iPhone on my iPad?, if there is not there needs to be an option to be able to start a game on either ipad or iPhone and continue on the other, or else whats the point? No one wants to start a separate game on each device!
